World Quality Week 2025: Think differently

We've all heard the quote "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" (incorrectly attributed to Albert Einstein).

The same is true in Quality - if things are going badly and what you are attempting isn't working then you need to pivot and change things up - or you'll feel you are banging your head against a brick wall. Conversely if things are going well and you get complacent, you will find yourself slipping.

This year's theme of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) 2025 World Quality Week (#WQW25) is Quality: Think differently.

Their challenge/invitation is:

It's an opportunity for organisations, teams and individuals to reflect on and reimagine how we approach quality. In 2025, along with celebrating our own achievements in World Quality Week, Construction Quality Australia will be celebrating the work of our Individual Members, Corporate Members and Industry Partners.
