These Job Listing Terms & Conditions apply to all organisations and individuals who submit employment opportunities for publication on the Construction Quality Australia website.

In these Terms, “CQA”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Construction Quality Australia Ltd.

By submitting a job listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Purpose of the Job Board

The CQA Job Board exists to:

• Promote employment opportunities within the construction quality sector

• Support professional development within the industry

• Connect employers with quality-focused professionals

CQA reserves the right to determine whether a submitted listing aligns with its objectives and industry focus.

Submission and Approval

All job listings:

• Must be submitted via the official CQA submission process

• Are subject to review prior to publication

• May be edited for clarity, formatting or consistency

CQA reserves the right to:

• Request further information

• Decline publication if the role is not aligned with CQA’s objectives or industry focus

• Remove listings at its discretion

If CQA determines that a listing is not appropriate for publication, a full refund of the listing fee will be provided.

Listing Requirements

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate and current

• You are authorised to advertise the role

• The position complies with applicable Australian employment laws

• The advertisement does not contain misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content

Listings must not include:

• False or deceptive information

• Offensive or inappropriate material

• Content unrelated to genuine employment opportunities

CQA may remove any listing that breaches these requirements.

Fees and Refunds

• Listing fees are payable at the time of submission

• Payment does not guarantee publication

• If CQA declines to publish a listing, the fee will be refunded in full

• Once a listing has been approved and published, fees are non-refundable

Publication and Promotion

Approved listings may be:

• Published on the CQA website

• Included in CQA email communications

• Shared via CQA LinkedIn or other official channels

CQA does not guarantee:

• A minimum number of views

• Applications received

• Successful recruitment outcomes

Listing Removal

Listings may be removed:

• Upon notification that the role has been filled

• If the advertiser requests removal

• If the listing breaches these Terms

• At CQA’s discretion

No Recruitment Agency Relationship

CQA operates solely as a publishing platform.

CQA:

• Does not screen applicants

• Does not endorse employers or candidates

• Is not involved in recruitment decisions

• Is not responsible for employment agreements

All employment arrangements are strictly between the employer and the applicant.

Limitation of Liability

By submitting a listing, you grant CQA a non-exclusive licence to:

• Publish

• Edit

• Promote

• Distribute

the listing content for the purpose of operating the Job Board.

Intellectual Property

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.

Privacy

Personal information collected through job submissions is handled in accordance with the CQA Privacy Policy.

CQA does not accept responsibility for how employers manage applicant information after submission.

Changes to These Terms

CQA may amend these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on the website. Continued use of the Job Board constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
