• Awarded to a senior leader within a Head Contractor business driving a deep cultural shift in quality. This person is changing how quality is understood, valued, and executed — lifting expectations, embedding stronger systems, and creating accountability at every level.

CQA Rising Star | Head Contractor

• Spotlights a graduate or early-career professional within a Head Contractor business showing outstanding commitment to quality. They've embraced best practice fast, taken initiative, and are already influencing their teams and partners.

CQA Cultural Change Ambassador | Subcontractor

• Awarded to a senior leader within a Subcontractor business championing quality as a cultural priority. They reshape behaviours, improve standards, and influence both their internal teams and external project partners.

CQA Rising Star | Subcontractor

• Awarded to a graduate or early-career professional within a Subcontractor business who has gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional quality outcomes; demonstrating rapid adoption, creativity, and the confidence to step up as a role model for peers.
