Construction Quality Australia is proud to announce its 2026 CQA Board Committee.


Joining Peter Billimoria, David Tatler, Steve Dexter, Louisa Budiharto, Aaron Jamalzadeh and Jerome Harris are new board committee members Damien Jenkins and Goran Ćuća.


Damien brings 27 years of hands-on construction experience to his role in Quality Assurance Management. Beginning as a carpentry apprentice, Damien progressed through domestic residential, civil works, and major projects. His portfolio spans Domestic Residential, Commercial High-Rise and large-scale developments, Mixed-Use Properties & Buildings, Civil & Civil Repair Infrastructure, and Health sectors.


Goran brings 18 years of Quality and Completions experience across major infrastructure projects - he has set up his own consultancy to provide hands-on support on bring clarity and certainty in process and execution to de-risk completions and quality.


The board are working on the 2026 strategy details which they are excited to share with members at the Q1 Working Group Meeting.
