He has delivered quality outcomes on major projects within leading organisations, applying practical expertise in defect mitigation, risk management and structured quality systems.
Currently serving as National Quality Manager for ADCO, Steve is recognised for his hands-on approach and consistent focus on proactive quality management.
As a CQA Board Member, he supports initiatives aimed at strengthening industry-wide standards and reducing avoidable error across construction projects.
