As National Head of Quality at Built, Jerome oversees quality systems, capability development and strategic improvement initiatives across the organisation. He is committed not only to improving the companies he leads, but also to strengthening construction quality across the broader industry through collective leadership and alignment.
As Chair of Construction Quality Australia, Jerome plays a central role in shaping CQA’s direction, advocating for practical solutions and supporting industry-wide reform.
