David Tatler is a Chartered Building Professional and licensed builder in both NSW and Queensland, with more than forty-five years of industry experience.
Beginning his career as an apprentice carpenter in 1977, David has worked across a wide range of construction sectors including residential, hospitals, schools, oil projects and high-rise developments. He was involved in the first commercial oil project in Papua New Guinea and has held senior roles across both contractor and client-side environments.
Most recently, David served as Quality Manager for the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport project, one of Australia’s most significant infrastructure developments.
As CQA Secretary, David brings deep industry perspective and long-standing practical expertise to support governance and quality leadership.
